The woodworking shed, located right near the workshop, supplies  materials quickly to the workshop. The materials can be lumber, nails, glue….  (The shed functions like RAM.)

Hardware Store is farther from the workshop than the shed and provides materials to the workshop when the shed cannot.  Although the trip to the hardware store takes longer, the store is open even when the workshop closes.….  (The store functions like nonvolatile storage/hard drive.)

Items for display is one path the completed items may take after they are assembled in the workshop. (Items for display functions like an output device, such as a monitor.)

Items for shipment is another path the completed items may take after they are assembled in the workshop. (Items for shipment functions like an output device, such as an Ethernet port.)

Orders takes information from a customer and brings, to the workshop, the request for a specific transformation, such as create a knickknack or a table. (Orders functions like an input device, such as a keyboard.)
